Employment: Mechanic wanted

Expert bicycle mechanic sought.

You have at least three recent, consecutive years as a mechanic at a retail-oriented bicycle service shop. You understand that folks come to us when other shops can't solve their problem, or when they need the highest quality custom build.

Your commitment to your trade means you already own many of the necessary tools.

We strongly prefer that you possess the following:

-broad knowledge of new and vintage bicycle equipment
-inventive, analytical, cautious, inquisitive mind
-patience when required
-hustle when required
-abiding love of bicycles, especially touring, commuting, mtb, gravel
-desire to learn and grow your mechanical experience
-tidy, purposeful, exacting, honest in your work
-literacy: effective, precise communication and thoroughness are crucial
-any and all other qualities of bona fide mechanics
