We opened in 2013 and have been serving folks in the Ravenswood/North Center area and beyond ever since. The motivation to add our shop to Chicago's robust cycling scene was borne of a desire to gently encourage a new, accountable, sustainable, non-judgmental sensibility in the bike shop world. Bike shops, although somewhat "green" by definition, still unload an unnecessary amount of useful resources into the unidirectional waste stream. Every day we strive to increase the choices our customers have in sustainable gear and to reduce the impact our shop practices may impose on the distressed ecology of our region and the world.
