Guaranteed repairs

Two important things differentiate our service shop from others.
Transparency and Data.

We provide you with descriptive, plain English notes on each repair detailing what was performed on your bicycle and why.

We guarantee that, if you take our service recommendations, your bike will ride better than it ever has, or your money back. That's how much service matters to us, and how confident we are in our mechanical experience and ability.

Please read on to learn more about how we assess mechanical issues and charge appropriately for their repair.

 Minimum labor charge
We have a $5.00 minimum labor charge.
This means any work we perform on your bike will cost at least $5.00.

Maintenance and repair procedures that often fall into this category are:
-Inflating your tires
-Adjusting your saddle or handlebar position
-Lubricating your chain
-Removing or installing a small accessory

Why?

-Our business exchanges goods and services for money. Most people are familiar with this commercial model.
-Our experience, knowledge, tools, and supplies are useful, reliable, and valuable.
-We are implicitly ensuring our work is professional quality. We don't do slapdash patch jobs to get rid of you.
-We are implicitly ensuring your bike is safe to use once we've worked on it.

$5.00 buys you a lot at our shop.
